There are so many things you can do to make the house look that little bit more presentable to the people coming in looking to buy it and tidying up has to be the easiest and cheapest option out there. The thing that will take time is making sure everything is clean, hoovering, polishing and putting everything where it is supposed to be will take a long time. For some unknown reason the kitchen is still one of the best loved rooms in the home so it is well worth looking at doing this one up first. I still do not understand why people are so interested in the kitchen area but they are and it is a big area to look into doing up. One of the rooms that you do not need to be that bothered about is the bedroom simply because people will most likely change this room anyway.
